Silver Springs encompasses the area from the 1000+ acre Swaner Nature Preserve to Old Ranch Road.  Northshore, Southshore, Ranch Place, Silver Springs, and Snyders Mill are the more popular subdivisions under the $1,500,000 mark. Silver Springs Home Owners Association.

Snyderville Basin, as the area is called currently, also includes the area below the Olympic Park, Mahogany Hills, Sun Peak, and in this case, all of the land around The Canyons, including the Colony - where prices start at about $5,000,000.
