Newer homes and condos in Park City and Deer Valley Utah.

New construction in this economy nationally is quite rare.  Yet here in Park City we still have a lot of you that don't live here, or near here, full time.  The only way to get a new home is for 'spec' builders to provide a supply.  They are building on the speculation that you will choose to live here either full time or part time.

Old Town Park City is running out of lots to build on, making the choices fairly slim.  I've included homes that are only a year or two old.  There are some decent values even in the new construction realm.  Walk to dinner, or the chairlift.  

Just beyond Old Town lies the Park Meadows, Prospector, Thanynes Canyon neighborhoods.  These Park City neighborhoods provide a beautiful setting, and convenient location for trails, town, schools, etc.

New construction luxury homes in Deer Valley are some of the most popular properties.  The Ski Dream Home, celebrity houses, gated private drives.  These homes require some planning to gain access, even the brand new ones.

Probably the most plentiful area for new construction are the homes in Kimball Junction and Snyderville Basin.  If you're new to the area, this is where many of the Elementary schools are located for the Park City School District.  From Jeremy Ranch exit to the Canyons Resort, central location, family friendly, and some large private estates with acreage.

Saying the above group is plentiful might be a stretch after you see the ABUNDANCE of GOLF community homes in the area.  Promontory, Glenwild, Tuhaye all have new construction.
