The Aerie and April Mountain - Park City Utah
The Aerie neigbhorhood of Park City Utah sits above it all next to the wolrd famous Park City Historic Main Street on the mountain just to the east of Deer Valley Drive and includes the April Mountain subdivision. The Aerie offers some amazing ski run, Old Town, and mountain views, while providing easy access to Main Street. The original part of the Aerie features larger homes. The newer area of April Mountain features luxury homes and townhomes. There are still a few lots in the Aerie and April Mountain available as well. Hiking and Biking trails in the neighborhood are maintained by the Mountain Trails Foundation.
If you ski Deer Valley, the other access road is right in Lower Deer Valley. In heavy snow years, this is the easiest road in to the neighborhood.
