Ranch Place Real Estate, Park City Homes
Ranch Place is in the Silver Springs area on my search engine. It's next to the 1000+ acre Swaner Nature Preserve and within a mile of the Canyons Ski Resort. Locals live here. I do. The Ranch Place neighborhood is essentially one big cul-de-sac that makes it so folks that live in the area are the only one's driving through it. The HOA (home owners association) maintains two parks, entry landscaping, common area mailboxes, and there's some good parties. Click here for the Ranch Place HOA website.
There are only about 200 or so homes in the neighborhood. A handful are second homes. Yes, there are fairly strict CC&R's...my motorhome is not stored at my house, but I bring it home for loading/unloading.
